Lost so hard vs Tau.

Oh boy did I loose today. I was inpresed by how strong my opponents army was. And how enemic my army was. He was experimental weaps cadre. I was beast slayer.

His turn 1, nothing happens.

My turn 2 I drive forwards to start the party. He has gjost kheels on objectives so I need to start the it. My 5 man units of hellblasters can shoot the ghost kheel a bit. I kill a unit of kroot.

His turn: Stormsurge + Shadowsun kills my repulsor executioner. He roløed really bad as well.

Sunforgers + character use +1 str stratagem and kill my gladiator lancer. From deepstrike.

Riptide shoots my 5 terminators and wounds logan down to 4 wounds.

Random shoots kill my 5 wolfen + battleleader.

Random shots kill my hellblasters.

He has also screened the sides for my ragnar brick of 20 blood claws. So essentially 400 points are not on the map.

My turn 2: Move my agressors out of the landraider and charge a ghostkheel and the other crisis suit unit. Logan charges the same ghostkheel. My landraiser shoot at the riptide. My combo sergant shoot and charge the vespids who will conrinue to hunt him and the calladus assassin each turn.

Nothing he has dies that turn. I consede. I killed 2 crisis suits. 10 kroots.

He will kill everything I have in his turm 3. Except maiby the landraider. And the 20 man brick of ragnar. But they will be out of range.

I am not salty. I was rather inpressed by his abolaty to react to what happened on the map. As well as match profiles ibtobthe right target.

I made some mistakes. Provably most of them in the list building part of the game. Ragnar should probably start on the table turn 1 considering how good he was at screening me.

His list: 2x Ghostkheel 1 riptide 1 storm surge 1 shadowsun 2x 10 kroot 2x 5 vespides 3x stealth suits 2 x crisis suit + character. (One with melta, one with anti infatery)

I had: Logan + 5 terminators Ragnar + 20 blood claws Combi weapon liuetenant Calladus assassin 6 agressors in lanraider 5 hellblasters in repulsor executioner 1 Gladiator lancer 5 wulfen + wulf touched battleleader 1 ATV

I am not salty. But I think stealth suits markerlights that give +1 bs, reroll 1 to hit and ignore cover is crimibally good. They are by far the best thing in that list.
