70mai Dash Cam 4K Omni 4G Module and Boost Mobile

Since 70Mai said it was officially supported, I bought the Boost Mobile SIM card (the one they call the "white card") off Amazon, activated the service, and installed the card.

It worked ONCE - successfully connected to the cloud, uploaded my GPS location, etc.

Since then - nothing. Light does nothing but blink red, attempts to reconfigure the 4G fail every time, trying to get anyone (Boost or 70Mai) to give me manual configuration data has gotten me nowhere. I can only assume the SIM card is fine (I'm normally a Verizon user - I do not have a phone I can put that SIM into for testing)

Has anyone gotten this to work, and if yes, could you share your APN configuration screen with me?
