In her latest live she wanted people to send screenshots to her for her defamation case. But for a defamation case to be won you have to prove losses. She's a lolcow and a drama channel so I'm sure she's had an uptick in viewership since all of this Emily stuff has gone on. So that's out the window. Plus if the BPD rage video doesn't have actual nudity in it, it can't be viewed as revenge porn. If she's just Winnie the poohing with legs, that's not nudity. Granted ALR can't even get in a car to go to court but even if she did she deffo wouldn't have solid cases. She could probably talk to a lawyer to get advise and they'd probably tell her don't pursue it or just pursue a restraining order.
