I just couldn't stop crying

I just need to let this out somewhere because I’m honestly heartbroken. I got permanently banned from Bumble out of nowhere, and they said the decision is final. I tried appealing, explaining that maybe it was an accidental photo from work that got misunderstood, but all I got were automated replies.

It’s eating me up because I met someone really nice there recently and it made me genuinely happy for the first time in a while. Now it’s just gone. It feels so unfair and honestly it’s been affecting my mental health — I keep thinking I did something horrible when it was just a mistake.

I just wish a real person from support would take five minutes to actually read what I said instead of sending templates. I feel so helpless and honestly, I can’t stop crying about it.
