Advice on old tower

I have an Omen Obelisk with an i7 9700k. The motherboard could support a 9900k but at the price, that’s not sensible.

I like the look of my Obelisk and the Voodoo logo. I’m not sure what sort of compatibility issues I will run into with my case and motherboards so I’m thinking of getting a new case. Any guiding advice here? If it’s not ideal for next build. How much is the Obelisk worth with the rtx 2070 card it’s got. Very clean pc. Tempted to keep it to preserve it.

Also, any case recommendations? Looking for something with character but sleek and modern. Looking to put together a i7/i9 machine with rtx 5070ti, >750watt, nice sound card, maybe even a dvd drive so it’s got to have some room.
