Assault challenges with laser aim guided missiles

I was thinking since it will take a long time getting the javelin for lock on weapons used on ground vehicles for that challange I was thinking about alternative ways.

Nr1: lock on rockets on LAV tank spawning in it as sniper remote drone and those goggles I forget the name of lol, and then just using tanks lock on missiles when targets are laser designated by those remote devices.

Nr2: using stinger on ground targets with the same devices but in that case u have to relay more on others using those devices for targeting.

One issue or question is,can you target ground vehicles spotted or targeted by those devices with a stinger, anyone tried that ? I remember that it was possible to target plains and helicopters in bf4 with javelin once they are targeted by those devices so why should it with that logic in mind not work with stingers ?
