Is there a new rule about shunning non-JW (non-baptized) family?

Is there a new rule in the org that encourages family members not to associate with non-JW family members? I've been out for 30+ years and used to see my JW family more frequently, but the past few years they don't invite me to anything, don't call or text, and don't seem to care about me or my kids whatsoever. It's sad. I did not ever get baptized, just was forced to go when I lived at home so I moved out at 17 and have been out ever since.
