Anyone here ever worked for a prison/jail before?

I have an opportunity to possibly work for the DOC near me & am wondering if anybody has any insight on work life in a setting like this? Do they typically have access to cavitrons/xrays/etc? Do we wait around for exams or are we just doing cleanings & sending on their way? Are we mainly seeing SRPs? Im very interested in this but also very hesitant. Ive heard good things from doctors on reddit but not really from the hygiene side of things.
