Issues with a pre-configured modpack

i recently got back into skyblock, and i installed this modpack from a youtuber. previously i had only ever used SBA through badlion for skyblock mods

i really like the pack, but alot of the settings in the mods are preconfigured, and for some i cant figure how to turn them off. for an example some command hotkeys on 1 and 2 are very annoying.

Is there a easy way to "wipe" the config of these mods back to standard? because i cant find whichever mod is making these hotkeys.
