Planning to move out from our current place

Hi guys im renting this 1 bedroom with cr boarding house which i am greatful for but due to owner's siblings dispute and fights. Gi tagaan namig notice to move out this coming January.

Mixed emotions akong na feel since we are very secured in this place and the caretaker is very nice and generous.

Pa suggest ko please kung asa pwede mo balhin preferably kaning escario dapit kay 1 ride rako JY.

Budget is around 6k - 8k
