What exactly are the Roblox Admins in Forsaken lore?(In-unniverse)

So I've been thinking about this for a while, even when I just started Forsaken yet and to this day I'm still confused. Unless I missed something important then this whole post wouldn't make sense.

How was 7n7 a hacker? Like obviously that was C00LK1D's main account but in Forsaken he was a retired hacker who had a change of heart after adopting C00LK1D. How exactly did he hack the Pizza Place tho, Like in-unniverse? Think of it as a 7n7 irl how can one hack something irl, how exactly does the C00l GUI work like is that a real life superpowers or something? If we're getting technical then everyone could theoretically learn how to hack so how exactly does the Forsaken world function?

That was something I've been thinking for quite a while now but I realized that a bigger question is who exactly are the Admins in forsaken lore? Who is Builderman like is he just someone who makes houses in Robloxia or is he the in-unniverse person who made Robloxia, Is he a god? Well obviously no but unless I forgot the lore how did Builderman exactly moderate people like Guest 666 for example? Also iirc Taph blows up unmoderated houses in Robloxia so what does "Moderate" mean in-unniverse?

Also while writing this I should also probably mention John Toe because he's corrupted but how exactly corrupted? One of his moves is called "Digital Footprint" so does that mean Robloxia is canocially a Virtual Reality or something?

So then I thought maybe they're like people controlled by idk Humans? So that means they exist in a Virtual Game something like example 7n7 is controlled by a hacker but I quickly dismissed it because I doubt Two Time's lore with Azure would make sense if we consider that.

Sometimes I do feel like Forsaken's lore isn't really connected very well but maybe it's just a me problem:{

I apologise if this post was really stupid. I'm writing this very late while very tired and have school tomorrow lmao so I could just not be thinking right:'D
