i can't ship "sibling coded" character, yet no one bats an eye at jokes on real life people

I'm referring specifically for jokes about people who were accused/ confirmed to be abusers or pedophiles in real life, such as Diddy or D4vd, or Dream (although I believe he's innocent, unlike the first two). There are so many jokes about them online, I find them constantly, and I personally find them very triggering. Now, I don't think that they should put a warning, but those "baby oil" jokes are so distressing, even if you claim to be on the side of the victims. Why would anyone joke about stuff like that?

I guess it's not really a proship thing, but I find it especially annoying when the same people doing these jokes are all worked up over fiction. You don't even have the decency to care about real victims! because you don't find half the people hating on these jokes that you do with proshipping. I don't feel "protected" by someone who will accuse people of being a pedo based on a drawing, and turn around to make a brainless joke about a real life criminal
