copper IUD and alt contraceptives

so i just expelled my 2nd copper IUD so i think my body isn't accepting it (first in June, now today).

I'm also taking Yaz pills for PCOS, but since I'm taking clopidogrel (blood thinner), i need an alternative contraceptive, pref non hormone, since I'm sexually active. does anyone here have the same issue? I've brought this up with my OB pero will be doing follow-up this weekend pa.
