Need urgent help with citation of litigation

Hi everybody! For a paper I need to cite this litigation: In re African-American Slave Descendants Litigation - Wikisource, the free online library

I wrote a paper on parts of it but I'm not getting anywhere with OWL Purdue (sadly). Does anyone know what the works cited entry would need to look like? I'm in an English Major, that's why I am very clueless about the way I need to cite this in MLA. My deadline is fast approaching and I'm lost :/
