[GTA V] 2 achievements

[PS4] So I'm relatively new in this stuff and I wanna get my first big platinum which is Gta V but I've been struggling with 2 achievements from the online, I can't get them. I need more people and I'm not exactly the social type, I need help because not having the platinum while having the 97% of the achievements completed is stressing me out. A lot. I need help. Likely 4 people. I need the achievements: "Numero Uno" and "Backseat Driver" they're pretty easy but not without help. Send DM I guess. Or just reply this post plsplspls
