New Construction

The route I’m an RCA on is getting two large subdivisions added to it, probably 200-300 more homes/town homes. It’s currently evaluated at 9 hrs. My office has four rural routes and one contract route and I’m one of 3 RCAs. What happens when they complete the neighborhoods? I wouldn’t think they would just add them to the route. Can they eliminate the contract route and just add an aux?
