Varc and Dilr Related Problem

I am stuck somewhere around solving only 2 sets in dilr and not more than that. I dont that where i am lagging behind but after solving 2 sets( and its not always 2, sometimes less also ) , all the time gets finished. Suggest something to increase my speed in dilr.

In Varc, my scores are getting lower day by day and i dont know the reason. I was able to score in between 25-30 but now it is somewhere around 10-15. I usually attempt 10-12 question and got 6-7 correct. So please tell me what to do now to get atleast 30 marks in VARC
