Is it true that EMR is laying off all IT support employees worldwide?

Our site has laid off all IT support employees. Some Layoffs.com user claims that IT will be sourced to out to infosys.

Ma be a far fetched idea (or not) but I wonder if this is the start of layoffs for Support roles (Admins, Finance, HR, etc) and then sourcing it out.
