Commuting bike for taller rider UK

Hi there guys, I'm a 6"1 rider and I'm looking to purchase a second hand bike for commuting use so I'd like it to be comfortable. I'm now looking for something more upright as the hunched over position of a sport bike isn't cutting it anymore and gets uncomfortable, especially as I'm a mechanic and spend most of the day hunched over a bonnet so if like a break lol. I also would like it to be injected as I don't fancy faffing about with carbs. I would appreciate any suggestions and any experience you have had personally. Thanks for reading my post
