Late period on Wegovy?

Has anyone had weird cycles on Wegovy? I started taking it about 6 weeks ago and my period is 2 weeks late. Pregnancy tests negative. My doctor (who is a cardiometabolic specialist) said he has seen this with other brands but not Wegovy. Is it something to worry about? Makes me nervous. I am usually very predictable. I haven’t lost much weight yet so that isn’t the reason. I lost 0 the first month and 4 pounds the last 2 weeks.

If you had this side effect did you eventually go back to normal? I am 44, but no other signs of perimenopause and my period is usually very routine.
