Etf stopped opening

Hello, i weekly buy a amount of the etf VFEM.AS. Last week didn’t open aswell as this week. Last update was 30 sept. Whats going on with this. This means i can’t sell, buy or do anything untill the market opens again.

Tried contacting my ‘personal dedicated manager’ but well he never responds to anything.
