Can’t tell if my gf likes being eaten out

So when my girlfriend and I first started dating, I ate her out the first time and she just didn’t seem very into it. (Not saying I’m a pro however I have been told in the past I’m good at it) then the next 2 times she seemed a little more into it but like 30 seconds in just starts begging me to fuck her. So I just took this as a sign as she’s not very into it (I know some girls aren’t) so I probably go like 10 months without doing it again. She never says anything, never says she wants me too, never hints at it, but then the other day I was spitting my tongue out at her and moving it side to side (don’t even remember why but wasn’t about anything sexual) and she was like woah easy your gonna turn me on. So I’m thinking maybe it’s a hint. That weekend we went out, got drunk, came home and I went for it. At first she was like over the top moaning so I’m thinking even if it’s fake she’s trying to show me she likes it and wants me to do it more, but like 40 seconds In she says fuck me. I just keep going and like another 30-40 seconds later she just says again please fuck me I can’t wait any longer. So now I’m back to thinking okay she doesn’t care for it, then once it’s all over, she says that felt so good. We didn’t do anything new or different for the actual sex part so now I’m back to thinking she kind of liked it? I know everyone is going to say just ask but fuck that. It’s been too long and it’s too awkward plus I like trying to figure it out lmao. Just want to know what people think.
