Everyone who oils their hair and/or uses lamellar water, do you use a clarifying shampoo in between?

Hi everyone! I’m new to (properly) taking care of my high porosity, bleach damaged hair. Right now my routine consists of lamellar water and coconut oil, since oil is hydrophobic should i be shampooing both my scalp and my ends if i want to reap the benefits of both the lamellar water and the oils?
