OGL & 3rd Party Content

Hi All! My name is Dan, and I'm currently in the process of writing a campaign setting for Daggerheart (and potentially 5e TBD). I'm currently 60K words into the first draft (with way more still to be written) and have several ideas for new monsters and a new Domain, as well as classes and subclasses using said Domain. However, while this project is far from being ready for publication, stuff I've been reading on Reddit and other forums relating to Darrington's OGL and the potential limitations it places on third-party creators concerns me. While these may change by the time I am ready to publish, should I be prepared to publish using a different system, like 5e, or stay the course with Daggerheart and hope for the best?
