Earlier service time

I was wondering if there’s a way to get an earlier service time (current service appointment is 1 week out)? My cars currently vibrating like crazy when I’m driving at freeway (hwy) speeds and vibrates a little bit at lower speeds and kind of feel unsafe to keep driving it, don’t wanna risk damaging anything else(obviously I’ve been driving very slowly to get to work) but I was wondering if there’s a way to get an earlier service appointment by calling the service centre or putting down my service issue in a different category in the app? Any help would be much appreciated
