Could you help me building a PC for around 1200€?

Hi everyone! This is my first time building a PC after owning a few laptops, so I'm feeling slightly lost here (also I read today that Logic Increments may not be very accurate anymore...). I would like to have a PC powerful enough to last several years and handle most games. I think the budget should cover these requirements, correct me if I'm wrong. Also, I strongly prioritize usefulness over aesthetics.

• New build or upgrade? New
• Existing parts/monitors to reuse? (List with models/links) 1440p monitors
• PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games) Gaming
• Purchase country? Near Micro Center? France
• Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate) No
• Budget range? (Include tax considerations) 1200€ (slightly flexible)
• WiFi or wired connection? Wired, but having WiFi would be useful
• Size/noise constraints? Maybe not very noisy, but not really a must. Any size.
• Color/lighting preferences? Not at all
• Any other specific needs? No

Thanks in advance!
