iFlytek is a scam, be aware
Hey community! So I was a one inspired by watching many videos/reading positive reviews about wonderful Air Note which for me supposed to be a holy grail and combine ereaded and note together. I placed an order, paid almost 800$. And now here we are, I have a device that is far away from what was promised and support completely ignoring me, I can’t receive any response from them since the day I received a thing. Good thing you will say that I got it at least, but I have mixed feelings as there are quite a number of issues:
- slowness, starting from response time on any gesture but the worst is when you trying to write/type anything
- handwriting to text conversion as well as speech not working well too, I was hoping to use it for my meetings but it is messing up words, it is messing up badly and making text completely off (I used Russian language and it is even worse than English) -massive limitation on what apps you can download, I was thinking this device have some idea of google store, but they just had around 10 apps chosen by company that are allowed to be downloaded and nothing else, very inconvenient (I was hoping to be able to use google drive and browser but nothing of this exist) For me these all are deal breaker and after 1 day of trying (since I received device) I requested return, and since that day they never got back to me (I tried reaching out through official email, insta and I am being completely ignored). Now I am at the point that all positive youtube videos are paid off and bloggers mostly received it as marketing attempt for feee. I wish it was 200$ and I could try to leave with it but for 800$ I can get iPad mini that will work exactly as I need instead of this crap. I do believe it is a scam since they send you over crappy device and after leave you alone to deal with it. Please be aware and think 10 times before dealing with this device and this company!
