Just Finished Ground Zeroes...

Just finished Ground Zeroes, and I have a question. Before I played, I head it was implied that Paz was raped while imprisoned. When she mentions the second bomb, but trails off before saying where it is, is the implication there that her captors shoved the bomb inside her vagina, or am I reading into this too much?
