Is anyone else also having trouble tracking chats across different platforms?

So most of the time I use self-hosted Open WebUI to access local LLMs, and also some via API. But I sometimes also use OpenAI chat or Qwen chat when needing something bigger or with multi-media capabilities.

On top of that, sometimes I use CLI interfaces or Coder CLI interfaces.

The upshot is, that sometimes I have to visit various different locations to try to find information in one of these chats. I was thinking of trying to integrate and centralise everything to one location so that no matter where I request from, the inputs and outputs are logged somewhere so I only need to go to one place.

This is more difficult for hosted proprietary as you'd need to do an extract, transform and load pipeline.

Anyone else also have this issue and if so, have you found a way to solve it?
