Set and forget

Hey guys I’m 21 just got into investing. How successful would be sticking 583 monthly into voo in my Roth and forgetting about it. As well as doing 500-1000 monthly into qqq and a fidelity large cap index fund fspgx? I dont want to watch it and make changes. Honestly want to set everything to automatic investment and delete fidelity to not think about it.
