This should not be a thing but it is

I work at a company in the usa. It is a large company company and i absolutely love my job. I will never quit my job. I love it. I have been seeing recently a large spike in canadain wildfires. I want to help, I want to volunteer to be a volunteer firefighter to help stop the canada wildfires, but in doing so, there are no laws that will help me keep my job/career if i volunteer in another country. I can keep my job if i volunteer in this country. Is there any loop holes i can use to help canada?
