Best option to get my logo made for my business?

We're an eyewear store trying to make our presence online after 60 years of doing this business offline.

Would love if y'all can suggest options to get the logo made for the business.

Business name: Eye Eye Captain

Idea: A pirate wearing big glasses with EEC text at the bottom

This should be a fun project for a good designer!
