Agent ghosting me on my deposit

So I had rented this place and paid a 2 month deposit, I mentioned earlier that I'd be staying for only 3 months June-august and they were ok with that, near the end of my tenancy they told me I needed to give a 2month notice (was not stated) and that I'd have to stay longer, I said no as I had already prepared a new place to stay at and told them that I've already informed them beforehand, now I've moved out and I'm waiting on the deposit back, and they aren't returning my texts, what do I do? I heard TTPM but idk if they'll take my case
