[US, US] [H] PayPal [W] White Flare/Black Bolt IRs.

Hey I'm looking for all illustration rares from white flare and black bolt. I am huge fan of the black and white era. I am going to try and get every IR in a PSA 10. Will pay 100-110% TCGplayer lowest verified for the right cards. PayPal GS

To save you and me time I am looking for cards with no whitening and decent centering. Would like closeups on a black background.

Thanks for looking and helping me try to complete this goal!
