Little to no engagement or followers

i've started posting my art again but i get at the max 5 likes and that''s only on bluesky, every other one has 0 engagement and 0 followers all around. i made a new accounts for it and started using hashtags but it doesn't help at all. it's very discouraging and it feels like my art isn't good enough. what am i doing wrong? is there anything i can do at all? i post on all platforms.
