Why is this ticket purchasing process so complicated? All 7 eligible games are already played???

Being a german football supporter, I am negatively surprised by how complicated and senseless the ticket purchasing system at LFC is!? I really tried to get through it, made a premium All red account, just to find out that all 7 games that I am eligible for (since I visited less than four home games in 24/25) are already played? And when z does the second ticket phase in November start?

Is there any way for a foreign supporter to go to a game with his little kid???
