HELP I encountered a problem using ggst frameviewer

As the tittle says, after I installed the ggst FramevVewer from https://github.com/Sevoii/StriveFrameViewer when i reset character position in training mode my frame rate always drop from 60 to 20

I tried to adjust display settings or use different stage, the problem remains still.

not using any other mods,,
