Help check my first PC build

I have a couple questions and concerns about my PC build, completely new to making a pc, here's my PC:

Ryzen 7 9800X TUF Gaming B850-PLUS WIFI ATX Birwin NV7200 2TB SSD ASUS Prime Geforce RTX 5070 12GB Thermalright KG850 PSU Phanteks ATX NV5 case Valkyrie A360 360mm liquid cooling 180hz 1080p monitor

I have concerns as i hear some say ASUS GPU crashes often and that it is not good for gaming (which is the primary focus aside from some basic normal work). Is the ASUS fine?

I also don't know if I should use the Valkyrie Liquid cooler bc i heard it's an new company and i'm not sure how it is and if it will leak or not, how often do water cooler leak and how would valkyrie hold up?
