Banned and every account I create is getting banned?

Hi guys, my account from 7 years was banned they didn't explain why.

I got new Sim, use in another phone, just joined 20 groups in 3 days and got banned.

Tried with another Sim, got banned for joint 10 groups. What should I do? Didn't even send any message
