Corp_Borg Part of the Cy_Borg World?

Hello, everyone. I have not yet been able to play or read either of these two intriguing games (but I own both) as I have vision problems. That aside though, I am curious, is Corp_Borg set in the Cy_Borg world (so to speak), or perhaps, vice versa? I really do apologize for what may sound like a very stupid question. Thank you in advance for replies. Looking forward to diving in to this group more as I can see there seem to be a lot of wonderful shares, ideas, and posts in general. L8r sk8r g8rz.
