Population resset for bighorn

So correct me if I'm wrong but we got a pop reset for bighorn with the last reserve on SRP and Rancho. Now with the next update the bighorn sheep from Rancho will be renamed and gets new furrs and that comes with a pop reset. Will this resset be only for the animals on Rancho or also for SRP and Asiky ?
