Car diagnosis help

Had my car in for a service recently and was showing a friend the app. Noticed the vehicle diagnosis ..... So when I did it it said my steering was abnormal.

Never had an issue with steering and nothing has appeared on my dashboard regarding it.

I will get it booked in to get checked out but was wondering if anyone on here had a similar issue.
