Smarty - is there an issue in NI at the mo?

Have a 4g router which is not connecting at the moment. Down detector says all is ok, Smarty's own site indicates an issue. As far as I can see they use the 3 network

Anyone else having problems with connection today. Maybe related to Vodafone issue?
