Question about adding amanos to tank

Hi friends!!! i recently set up my fish tank and its been cycling for about a month and a bit now, parameters are stable, fish food turns into nitrate basically overnight, plants are growing amazingly, just no creatures inside there yet…

I just did a water change and my current params are- 0-ammonia, 0-nitrite, 0- nitrate, PH 7.2, KH5, and GH8, would that be safe to add 2 amano shrimp into? tank is 15gal if thats also needed
