Thoughts?

I have been working through the furlough for my office. I am told I am "essential" and did not recieve documentation stating I was to not come to work and have not signed anythig. However stated by HR, I am required to put on my timecard "KE"-Furlough which we are being told "everyone" is required to do. While im hearing when it comes to being "paid back" based on the 2019 Law - meaning if you are furloughed in KE status the potential is GREATER for no pay back vs those who are exempted in "RG" status and working. What the hell am I doing then...when other offices in my building are all shutdown and im required by my supervisor to COME IN!? Im working for free with the possibility of not being paid....TF.
