Does Ratings Reload Gauntlet Evo Do Anything?

Hey there. I wasn’t planning on playing Gauntlet 2, but I’m curious if the Ratings Reload Evo does anything or if it’s just cosmetic. Can someone who’s already achieved it shed some light. Thanks.
