Memory Foam Ear tips

Currently I am using Sony WF-X1000M4 with large memory foam and has exact fit and isolation. I am looking for replacement ear tip similar to it, as I am unable to get it from Sony. I am also using FiiO FH3 IEM and want to use the same memory foam, as the one come with it is Silicone. Any suggestions to match Sony WF-X1000M4 large memory foam. Thanks
