Oral weight loss kit

Early in the year, I was on the GLP-1 Semaglutide injections and it worked well. Unfortunately, it got too expensive so I am going to start the Oral Kit - The Medication Kit 6 includes: Bupropion XL, Metformin, and Topiramate/B12

Anyone have experience they can share? The Sema community has a lot of info out there but seem pretty limited on this side and just trying to find more information and connect with others who may have gone thru this already
