Discharge?

I’m on Estarylla, and about 3 weeks ago I missed maybe about a weeks worth of pills due to being busy and forgetting. After I’d had my period early because of that, for about 2 weeks now I’ve had brown stringy discharge, and my nipples are sore. I don’t have reason to suspect being pregnant, so I’m wondering if this is something other people have experienced too? Thanks!
