How to Provide Proof of UAE Address While Living Abroad -- Best Documents?

Hi -- I’m a UAE resident (visa/ID in UAE) but currently living abroad. I’m trying to open a UAE bank account, and one of the requirements is proof of UAE address. What is the most practical document I can use?

I’m considering:

1. Updating the address on one of my existing non-UAE financial accounts (Wise, Revolut, HSBC(UK), etc.) to a UAE address and using the statement as proof -- would that typically be accepted?
2. Renting a property for a month (or short term), obtaining a tenancy agreement in my name, and using that as evidence. (DM me if anyone wants to nominally "rent" me a room anywhere in UAE for a month.)

What’s been the most reliable approach others in this situation have used? Thanks in advance for any advice.
